Originating in Port Albert, and originally christened Misty, she started life as a Ports Work Boat where she would spend her days checking navigation points and acted as a tender vessel.
During the 1970’s, Misty moved to the Gippsland Lakes and was moored in the Port of Sale and owned and loved by Michael Love for many years.    Maintenance works included adding a cabin to her hull,  so she could be comfortably used as a recreation vessel.
Later she spent time in Newlands Arm and was then relocated to Nicholson River.
In April 2017, she was sold to the current owner, Nicole Dennison where she was extensively renovated to bring her to her current colour palate and fittings. Renamed Isabel she resides in the canals in Paynesville.
Further beautification works were performed in 2022 along with the addition of a new inboard 42hp  Vetus diesel engine.
