A new to look old classic lakes boat design with plumb bow, low waterline and fantail counter stern, Josephine is a Bancroft 25 open launch in a classic lakes fishing boat design. The boat was built in 2016 by Bancroft Bay Boat Company located in Wy Yung and about 30 were built. Josephine has a classical fantail counter stern and a plumb bow. She has travelled widely in the Gippsland Lakes and rivers and is moored in the Paynesville canal. Restoration of the timber trim was undertaken at the Heaney Frecheville yard in 2019.
