Silver Streak is a relatively original example of the Savage 33 Flybridge Cruiser, built of solid GRP and launched in 1975 by Savage Boats, Williamstown. Savage Boats was founded in 1898 by John Joseph Save and later became the first manufacturer to mass-produce fiberglass boats after WW2.  Silver Streak has been enjoyed on the Gippsland Lakes by several local families over the years. She is still powered by the original Cummins V504 twin diesels, (200hp), with approximately 1400 hours on each engine.
