Rust Never Sleeps, the Cygnet 20, is 3 years old and built in Newcastle, NSW.
The boat particulars include a one-piece hand laid solid GRP hull featuring varnished Pacific Teak trim, and a carbon fibre mast, boom, gaff yard and bowsprit.
Accommodation includes: port and starboard settees with storage under, plumbed sink, bench and cabinets, a double V-berth,fold-out table seats four.
Sailed mostly on and stored at the Gippsland Lakes, we have ferried the boat twice to Tasmania, in 2024 sailing in the bays around Hobart and in 2025 participated in the Tawe Nunnugah 2025 RAID from Recherche Bay up the D’Entrecasteaux Channel to Hobart prior to the Australian Wooden Boat Festival.
