Hi-Ho was built in 1962 in Sydney. She was built as an ocean-going Sea Skiff, with an 180hp Chrysler Engine & her main claim to fame was being built alongside Frank Packer’s America’s Cup boat “Gretel” in Halvorsen’s Shipyard in Sydney. She started life at Sandringham in Melbourne with Mr Brockhoff of Brockoff Biscuits fame. She has had a varied life since & we have owned her since 2010 when we bought her in Batemans Bay. She currently has an 110hp Yanmar engine, & leads a quiet life here in the Paynesville area. She draws a bit over 1/2 a metre so one needs to be careful in shallow areas!! She is a very comfortable old boat & carries a maximum of eight people.
