Built in Mallacoota no later than 1918 (likely earlier) by famous Eden boat builder Ike Warren for and with the Greer and Rasmus families of Mallacoota. Think Greer Street and Rasmus Avenue in Coota. Worked as fishing and tourist boat until the late 1960s and purchased by John Mulligan from Gypsy Point (now 95 years old) who added the cabin and made her look like she does today. Now back owned by Greer/Rasmus great great grandson and being restored and maintained.
